Payment Terms and Conditions

By completing a booking and providing payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use their card. Upon submitting your payment, you agree to the terms of our cancellation and refund policy, which includes the following provisions:

1. Authorization: By authorizing a transaction, you permit our hotel to collect and store your payment information for the duration of your booking and agree to the total charges indicated.

2. Fraudulent Charges: We take fraud seriously. All guests are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and authorized. In cases of fraudulent charges, we reserve the right to cancel bookings without prior notice.

3. Refund and Chargeback Policy:

   • For non-refundable bookings, refunds are not available.
   • For refundable bookings, please refer to our cancellation policy. Any chargeback requests will be reviewed in line with our policies and the terms agreed upon at booking.
   • Guests initiating unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may incur additional fees and may be restricted from future bookings.

4. Chargeback Disputes: In cases of chargeback disputes, we will provide documentation to the payment provider as proof of booking, the terms agreed to, and other relevant information. Chargebacks made without proper cause may incur additional fees as allowed by law.
