Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Discounted Rate: Reservations secured at a discounted rate with a 50% deposit may be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival without forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Bookings made with a non-refundable rate cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Changes to Bookings:

• Changes to reservation dates may incur a fee of $25.
• Adjustments to room type or the number of guests are subject to availability and may affect rates.

Guest Responsibility:

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• The maximum occupancy for each room type is based on the booking policy; additional guests beyond the room’s occupancy limit are not permitted.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be liable for repair or replacement costs if necessary.

Additional Charges:

• Taxes and Service Charge: Only IGV (Peruvian tax) is applicable based on guest eligibility. An additional 10% service charge will also apply to each reservation.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
