Hotel Reservation Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Direct Reservations: Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting our reception desk by Whatsapp +51 948 123 380.
  • Deposit Options:
    • Standard Rate: This rate allows for flexible reservations without any deposit required. Payment will be collected upon check-in.
    • Non-Refundable Rate: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation at this discounted rate. This deposit will be charged immediately, and the balance is due at check-in.
  • Third-Party Bookings: For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), please review their terms, as additional conditions may apply.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-Out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated if available, with additional fees.
  • A valid photo ID and a credit card are required upon check-in.

3. Visitor Policy

  • Visitor Hours: For the comfort and security of all our guests, visitors are permitted between 6:00 and 20:00 only. No visitors are allowed in guest rooms outside of these hours.
  • Disturbance Policy: We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund if a guest causes excessive noise or disruption to others. Please be considerate of other guests’ comfort and peace.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Standard and Discounted Rate Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the arrival date, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay applies.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be treated as a no-show, and a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  • For third-party bookings, please refer to the platform’s cancellation policy.

5. No-Show Policy

  • A no-show will result in a charge of one night’s stay, if we are not notified of a change in travel plans by your scheduled arrival date.

6. Children and Extra Bed Policy

  • Children: Children under 5 years old can stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Extra Beds: Available upon request, subject to availability, with additional charges.

7. Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash. Payment may be required at check-in or check-out.
  • Taxes and Fees: All rates include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

8. Additional Amenities

  • Parking: Paid parking is available for guests; please inquire at check-in.
  • Airport Transfer: Private airport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to schedule this service.

9. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed.

10. Damage and Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges may apply for repair or replacement costs as necessary.
