About Us

We are a small hotel located centrally in Miraflores.  Within 5 minutes walking distance, there are fine and causual dining, bar serving craft beer, nightclub and fast food.  In addition, there are antique shop and antique watch sellers just around the corner. 

We strive to decrease our carbon footprint for our customers.  We use solar hot water heater to preheat water so that less propane gas or electricity is used.  We used some solar panels to decrease our electrical consumption.  In addition, we use solar water pump to pump water to our cistern on the roof top.  All the water that are use for laundry is heated by the solar water heater as well.  The waste water from washing are filtered by bio-filter and then carbon filter for use in toilet flushing.  All our laundry are sundried to reduce usage of propane.  In addition, the UV ray helps to kill any bacteria and virus that are in the wash.  It is more work in our parts, but we hope to be one step closer to helping the planet. We welcome any input in how to help the environment.

Our hotel rooms have porcelain tiles and PVC wallpaper, so that all surfaces can be sanitized.  

Our policy:

• Deep cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms with each new guest.  Frequent sanitisation of high-contact points, such as door handles, reception counters, bathrooms and conference rooms.
• Hand sanitisers placed at guest contact areas, such as hotel lobbies and conference space.
• Infrared thermometers available at front desk to conduct temperature checks of our guests and employees upon request
• Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and protect the health of our employees and guests.

Front desks are also well-equipped with hand sanitisers and infrared thermometers to facilitate regular temperature checks. We conduct daily meetings with our employees to review any relevant situation.
